At a time when all of us are rethinking our basic values and searching for sustainable investments, Loukamosaic’s “high-touch” approach couldn’t be more relevant. We will help you create unforgettable experience that encourages team spirit and individuality. 

Workshops are held at the Botanical Garden in Troja in Prague, upon request, we will organize a session at the location of your choice.

Duration of workshops is between 3–5 hours depending on the number of participants and the type of program you choose.Our art workshops are led by professionals.

The Art Workshop Program: How It Works

1. Creation of individual mosaics  

Individual participants create two unique mosaic flowers on hexagonal paper forms. One mosaic joins the collective Loukamosaic art meadow, the other one is kept by the participant. Mosaics can  also be  exhibited at the workplace as a lasting reminder of the team’s joint accomplishment. The mosaics are a communication tool to engage company employees, partners and customers.

The creation of individual mosaics strengthens self-confidence, inspires creative thinking and originality.

2. Joining individual mosaics together

Participants will assemble their individual mosaic flowers, together so that the members of the team can witness first-hand the importance of individual vision in the context of the collective piece of art.
 

3. Environmental program

As a part of art workshops is an environmental program prepared in cooperation with experts from Botanical Garden Prague.
 

4. Creation of a collective team mosaic

Team participants collaborate on one large hexagonal mosaic 36 x 6 centimetres (14.2 x 2.4 inches) in size. Team members jointly decide on the concept and composition of the mosaic.

Creating a joint mosaic helps evolve  the spirit of teamwork and the ability to express one’s opinion while respecting those of others.

By engaging in a group creation the members of the team get to know each other in a relaxed, entertaining atmosphere which helps improve working relations.

Collective team as well as individual mosaics created will become a lasting part of the unique Loukamosaic.
 

Additional Art Workshop Benefits

1. Public presentation of mosaics

Photos of individual and team mosaics are published on the Loukamosaic Web site, www.femancipation.com. 

Mosaics are at galleries, museums and botanical gardens in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Your work becomes a part of a unique collective piece of art that is continually exhibited to the greater public.
 

2. Permanent advertising

Participants' logo will be presented at ongoing exhibitions of Loukamosaic – an art project aimed at charity, on www.femancipation.com and in printed promotional materials.  

Loukamosaic is frequently presented in media -  it appeared on ČT1 and TV Prima, on radios Rádio 1, Rádio Beat, Český rozhlas and in printed media Prager Zeitung,   MF DNES and Lidové Noviny etc.

Art Workshop Pricing Information

Team-building art workshops are 13,000 Kč + the cost per number of Loukamosaic kits.
 

One Loukamosaic kit (199 CZK) includes: material for 2 individual mosaics, certificate of attendance, collector’s edition print with a drawing of flower and identification number for mosaic identification

Additional options

Photos/videos from the workshop

The entire workshop is photographed. Professional video on request, available for an additional fee. Photos and video can be used on your company Web site or in PR materials.
 

Catering

Full-service catering is available for an additional fee.
 

Invitation to Award’s Night

An award’s ceremony will be held in January 2012. Awards will be given in the following categories: “The Most Creative Team Mosaic” and “The Most Creative Individual Mosaic.”

We accept multiple team entries from one company.

For Someone

By participating in art workshops your company is actively supporting the charity activities of Loukamosaic. 

Our two charity aims:

a)     We organize art and educational workshops for the visually impaired and underprivileged children from orphanages free of charge. (Children from public kindergartens and schools pay a nominal fee of 69 CZK.)

b)    Loukamosaic  cooperates with trusted and respected charity organizations – a portion of our proceeds also goes to those in need. From every Loukamosaic set and collector’s card sold, 10 CZK goes to those in need.
